Teryu (the front desk staff) was very helpful. The hotel is clean, the onsen is great and the hotel is 20 seconds to the station entrance. Late night ramen was a nice touch and the breakfast was much better than expected. After walking all day, the hot springs (onsen) felt really good. It’s convenient to take a train anywhere. We really loved it.

房間比較大，在日本里算很奢侈的面積了，公共浴室很不錯，是選擇dormyinn旗下的主要原因。另外距離地鐵非常近，很方便，旁邊還有個小型超市

上年也是去大阪的同集團酒店 朋友反映每次睡過他的床單也是癢癢 全是自助的 但選中他是有浴場和有很多額外的服務 相比起其他分店這間分店的職員是較冷漠 頂樓在門外可以看到晴空塔

地理位置很好，溫泉很舒服，桑拿很驚喜，有精油scent ，按摩椅免費，泡完湯有免費雪糕。check in check out都是自助。酒店四人房非常小。睡覺不太舒服。前臺（女）服務態度較急躁，感覺一般。早餐也不錯。

The location was just okay. We had a stroller and 2 big luggage’s that we had to haul for some distance just to find a station with elevators. Kodenmacho station (Hibiya line) was right next to it but there are only stairs there which was not ideal for us. The stations with elevators are Shin Nihonbashi and Ningyocho stations which are 10 minutes by walk so keep this in mind when booking.
The amenities were fantastic though. You can get the almost onsen experience here. There is a small indoor and outdoor bath for both men and women’s side with children’s bath amenities on the 11th floor. There is free Ice cream, coin vending machine, manga corner with massage chairs all on the 11th floor outside the bath entrance. Check out the children’s amenities bag in the lobby 1st floor as well if you have children.
On the 2nd floor is the cafeteria where you can find breakfast. The breakfast has a good spread and varieties most of which are Japanese food. There is a soda and coffee station as well. Late night free ramen is served here which was not bad to try once.
Though I was not fond of the less than ideal location for finding a station with elevators, the bath experience far outweighed the small gripe I had. Overall, a wonderful experience.

基本上沒有什么好抱怨的，唯一要抱怨的就是沒那么好訂得到，所以希望不要太多人知道這一間旅館，這樣下次就沒有人跟我搶…….

房間舒適乾凈，地點周邊近地鐵站。早餐款式多。為服務員態度冷漠，沒有笑容。也不主動協助，問一句搭一句。

酒店出行非常方便，附近有幾個地鐵站，樓下就有711和一間超市。酒店鬧中取靜，住起來非常舒適。酒店還有溫泉。

房間比想象的要大，我一個29寸的箱子＋朋友兩個20寸箱子完全攤得開，衞生間很乾凈，11樓有溫泉可以泡泡還蠻舒服的，2樓有免費的拉麪，床品不錯，住的幾天都睡的很舒服，樓下有便利店和地鐵站，去銀座，池袋都很方便啊很喜歡
